Former Dancing With the Stars duo Cheryl Burke and Drew Lachey are rejecting rumors they had an affair Burke s rep says reports that they were involved in a relationship during their time on the reality show back in 2006 are completely untrue A spokesperson for Lachey who is married with a two year old daughter says it cannot be farther than the truth
Actor Shia LaBeouf says he s innocent of unlawful smoking The Transformers star is pleading not guilty to violating a smoking ordinance in Southern California An attorney representing the actor filed the plea for him yesterday It came one day after an LA court commissioner issued a warrant for his arrest when he failed to show up in court on Tuesday Now that warrant has reportedly been withdrawn LaBeouf s arraignment is set for April 24
Police are looking into an apparent suicide on one of Mel Gibson s properties TMZ com reports a 48 year old construction worker was found dead at one of the actor s homes near Malibu He reportedly hanged himself The house is apparently a construction site and Gibson has never lived there before
